Since 1996, the owner of the company has built or renovated about
150 apartments and newly built about 50 houses in Germany.
House Evolution Cooperation was founded in 2021 in Florida and stands for the implementation of technical advancements in house construction, as well as the needs of people that change over time.
The company consists of external architects, interior designers as well as a variety of cooperation with craftsmen. In addition, the owner of the company is responsible for the development of the concept, the preparation of the offer as well as the supervision of the construction and the commercial manager. Still in 2022 3 craftsmen will permanently employed.
In Florida, we combine German reliability with the flair of the Florida houses in the new construction as well as renovation of the houses.
